Q: What makes Novaology Learning Academy unique?

Q: How does online preschool work?
A: Novaology Learning Academy Preschool and Kindergarten Readiness meets Monday through Thursday every week. Parents will choose a curriculum that best fit their child. Once parents choose a curriculum plan they will be able to choose from an A or a B schedule that fits their needs.
Q: What is Novaology Learning Academy's Flex Plan?
A: Novaology Learning Academy Flex Plan allows parents to have full access to either the Preschool or Kindergarten Readiness Curriculum at a time that is convenient for them. The flex plan DOES NOT MEET WITH A LIVE TEACHER. Instead, parents and their students have access to pre recorded videos. You will weekly communication with a live teacher via chat or email. Parents will have full access to the private groups, handouts and additional educational resources.

A: Novaology Learning Academy Preschool and Kindergarten Readiness Curriculum classes are conducted live, allowing children to interact with their teacher and classmates in real-time.

A: Novaology Learning Academy's Flex Plan are pre- recorded videos that parents have access to at anytime.
Q: What is included in the Preschool and Kindergarten Readiness subscription?
A: Our online preschool provides a dynamic subscription service that is tailored to your child's needs. With daily access to a private group, where we share additional educational resources, and a live teacher who will guide your child through our curriculum, you can trust that your child is on their way to a bright future. As a bonus, we also provide parenting tips to help you communicate, manage behaviors, and navigate potty training with ease.
Q: How does subscription payments work?
A: We accept subscription payments via automatic draft each month. The amount of classes that can be booked will reset at the beginning of the new pay cycle. Clients will not be able to book any sessions if tuition is not paid.
Q: Do I need a Preschool /Kindergarten Flex Plan for each child?
A: No. One Flex Plan per household. You will have access to both preschool and kindergarten curriculum.
Q: How long are the tutoring sessions?
A: Novaology Learning Academy offers tutoring sessions for 25 or 55 minutes.
Q: How long are the Preschool and Kindergarten Readiness sessions?
A: Novaology Learning Academy offers Preschool and Kindergarten Readiness sessions for 45 minutes.
Q: What can I expect my child to learn at Novaology Learning Academy?
A: At Novaology Learning Academy, your child will learn a range of skills, including reading readiness, math concepts, social-emotional skills, and problem-solving, all while having fun and building confidence.
Q: Do parents need to be present during classes?
A: While parents are not required to be present during classes, an adult should be near to assist students if needed.
Q: What is the attendance policy for Novaology Learning Academy?
A: Students cannot be more than 10 minutes late for class, and in case of a no-show, students will be marked absent. Regular attendance is important for your child's progress and success. Parents CAN choose another time slot that for that day.
Q: How do I cancel my child's subscription?
A: To cancel a subscription, parents need to send an email to our support team. They will guide you through the process and assist you with any related queries you might have.
Q:Can students eat during class?
A: No, students cannot eat in class. Please make sure that your child completes their meals or snacks before class. If a student is caught eating during class, their camera will be turned off or they may be removed from the classroom. Students are welcome to have a bottle of water nearby.
Q: Can my child share a subscriptions or tablet?
A: We recommend that each child has their own subscription and device.
Q: What happens if a teacher or students are experiencing technical issues?
A: We understand that technical issues arise. If you are experiencing technical issues during your usual scheduled time. Please choose another time slot that is convenient for you for that day or students can watch the pre-recorded video at any time that is convenient for them.

Q: What is the holiday schedule for Novaology Learning Academy?
A: Novaology Learning Academy observes major government holidays and provides a week off for Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If a major holiday such as, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, New Years, falls on a day we are suppose to have sessions. All scheduled sessions will be conducted on that Friday of that same week. For examples, Memorial day and Labor day is on a Monday. Instead of our schedule being Monday through Thursday of that week. It will be Tuesday through Friday instead. The school calendar is available on our website for your reference.
Q: How are payments handled for Novaology Learning Academy during the holidays?
A: Monthly payments remain the same taking into consideration that some months have 3, 4, or 5 weeks. You will NOT be charged extra for the months that have 5 weeks.
Q: What are the state requirements for kindergarten programs?
A: Every state has their own laws and requirements for kindergarten programs. We offer a kindergarten readiness curriculum for every state where kindergarten is not mandatory. Please check our website to see if we offer curriculum for all states EXCEPT Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.
